Talent Acquisition Advisor – Global Hiring

About the role

Delivery Associates is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support its global growth from Ireland. The role combines proactive sourcing with stakeholder coordination, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from brief to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner for hiring managers worldwide, driving strategic sourcing and pipeline development.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across multiple levels, functions and geographies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, share progress and remove recruitment barriers.
• Advise hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment processes, candidate assessment and hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and data to shape hiring strategies and prioritisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s hiring systems and own the end‑to‑end candidate experience.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on projects and initiatives aimed at scaling hiring.
