About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high‑performing global talent acquisition function. Based in Ireland, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across Europe, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial and operational roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and hiring trends to inform decision‑making.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks across relevant industries.
• Leverage data, recruitment metrics, and AI‑enabled sourcing tools to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
• Collaborate with regional and global talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent and compliant recruitment practices.
• Design tailored sourcing strategies for challenging requisitions and continuously improve processes using feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and operational roles at various seniority levels.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment decisions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, international, and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.
