Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of office and remote work, and is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple business areas.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs.
• Drive direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines locally and internationally.
• Manage agency relationships and supplier partnerships.
• Support interview processes, offer management, and onboarding.
• Enhance employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Produce recruitment metrics and market insights.
• Support global mobility, visa, and relocation processes where required.

Required profile

• Degree in HR or a related discipline (desirable).
• CIPD qualification or membership (advantageous).
• 3‑5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong sourcing capability, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ICIMS, Occupop, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
