Tax Manager – Aircraft Leasing (Dublin)

About the role

This position is a commercially focused Tax Manager role within an international aircraft leasing platform based in Dublin. You will work closely with Commercial, Legal and Finance teams, providing tax‑efficient structuring advice and supporting the company’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on tax‑efficient structuring of aircraft transactions and related international structures.
• Manage corporate tax compliance, reporting, and provisioning.
• Support financial reporting and tax governance processes.
• Maintain relationships with external tax advisors and service providers.
• Monitor international tax developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Provide commercial tax support across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional or accountant.
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or a similar international asset‑backed environment.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm and/or industry setting.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
