Tax Manager – Industry (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join a leading industry business in Dublin. The role sits within a high‑performing finance function and works closely with senior finance, legal and commercial leaders. It offers a hybrid working model and the chance to influence tax strategy across Ireland and the wider group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Irish corporate tax compliance, reporting and filing obligations.
• Support VAT, payroll tax, withholding tax and other indirect tax matters.
• Partner with internal finance and commercial teams on tax‑related queries.
• Assist with tax planning, structuring and process‑improvement projects.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisers and Revenue where required.
• Support transfer‑pricing documentation and group tax reporting.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess business impact.
• Provide practical tax advice to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional – preferably CTA and/or ACA/ACCA.
• Strong Irish tax experience gained in practice, industry or a mix of both.
• Corporate tax experience is highly desirable.
• Exposure to VAT, transfer pricing or international tax is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise non‑tax stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset, proactive and solutions‑focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business environment.
