Teach English in China – Graduate Program (Entry-Level)

About the role

English 1 is looking for recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will live and work in a vibrant international environment, delivering engaging English lessons to young learners while gaining valuable cross‑cultural experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons to students aged 3–16 using English 1’s curriculum and digital resources.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to build confidence.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to China.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus (sponsorship available).
