Team Manager – Enhanced Community Residential Service

About the role

The Enhanced Community Residential Service (ECRS) in Mold is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based health care. You will ensure high‑quality clinical services, support staff development, and oversee the allocation of referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on managing complex cases and ensure evidence‑based clinical care.
• Allocate referrals appropriately to clinical team members.
• Conduct regular clinical and management supervision to maintain safe practice.
• Engage with PADR reviews and monitor service quality.
• Promote continuous team development and uphold organisational values.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in leading health‑care teams and managing complex clinical caseloads.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑based practice and clinical supervision.
• Ability to allocate referrals and monitor service delivery effectively.

• Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
