Vice President, Relationship Management - IM Sales

About the role

BNY is seeking a Vice President for Relationship Management within its Corporate Trust Investment Managers team in Dublin. You will support Relationship Managers, deepen client coverage, and help identify new business opportunities across the debt capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support Investment Managers Group and Relationship Managers to expand client coverage and uncover new opportunities.
• Own client engagement and coordinate internal teams for new deals from onboarding to delivery.
• Gather, track, and analyse market and client data; maintain reference databases and draft internal reports.
• Act as backup for Relationship Managers during travel, meetings, or absences.
• Continuously develop knowledge of debt capital markets, especially private credit, and share insights.
• Liaise with CT Product, CT Client Service, Asset Servicing Implementation Group, and Enterprise Operating Platform.
• Assist in creating client presentation packs and responding to RFPs.
• Organise and attend new‑business presentations and client service review meetings.
• Explore AI applications to improve team workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
• Leverage a strong internal network across BNY.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in CLOs and private credit.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, strong collaboration record, and proven leadership potential.
• Team‑oriented, able to manage diverse workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
