Waiter/Waitress – Full‑time in Dublin

About the role

Join the vibrant floor team at Big Mamma’s first Dublin restaurant. As a Waiter/Waitress you will create memorable moments for guests by delivering attentive, friendly service in a lively Italian‑French setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in your assigned section, following the full service flow.
• Provide menu, wine and cocktail recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of all dishes, wines and cocktails.
• Open and close the dining floor, ensuring health, safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support colleagues during service and act as a proactive problem‑solver.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, big‑smiled personality with a passion for Italian cuisine.
• High energy, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
