Warehouse Operative – Full‑time Permanent Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our operations team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is hands‑on and requires a self‑motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule pick slips, prepare stock documents and labels, liaise with hauliers, manage bookings and manifests, and handle queries via phone or email.
• Receive, unload and inspect incoming deliveries, report damages, re‑palletise, label items and record stock locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch, load vehicles, verify documentation and maintain release records.
• Repack, blend, decant, sample, weigh and label stock; schedule and manage sample collections and dispatches.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance, housekeeping, stock cycle counts and reconcile records.
• Uphold health‑and‑safety, hygiene and security standards and carry out any additional office tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Manual Handling certification and a current Forklift licence.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and a flexible, proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and the right to live and work permanently in Ireland.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from €28,000 to €35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
