Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Operative to join Skechers’ logistics team. You will play a key part in keeping our stores stocked by handling footwear and accessories efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries of Skechers footwear and accessories.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare stock for store replenishment or customer orders.
• Ensure the right styles and sizes are stored in the correct locations.
• Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse ready for fast‑moving operations.
• Use stock systems or handheld scanners to manage inventory and support stock counts, transfers and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with store and warehouse teams during busy periods.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with sizes and styles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Team player who is happy to roll up sleeves and work on their feet.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Basic IT competence – training provided.
• Warehouse, stockroom or retail experience is a plus; footwear or apparel experience is an advantage.
