Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our Logistics team in Dublin. The role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, compliance with SOPs, and a safe, organized environment. You will work closely with sales and finance to resolve inventory issues and contribute to timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform goods‑in and goods‑out activities with a focus on accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures for all warehouse tasks.
• Generate and support reporting for cycle counts, stock checks and inventory audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date warehouse documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and stock takes.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely, including reach forklifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid reach forklift licence.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lb and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality and reliability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
