About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced, international technology organisation. The role offers high exposure, hybrid working in Dublin and the chance to coordinate complex calendars, travel and events across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise senior leaders’ calendars across international time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries and related logistics.
- Schedule and prepare leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations and briefing documents.
- Organise team meetings, off‑sites, summits and internal events.
- Process expenses, invoices and budget‑related administration.
- Partner with operations, workplace services, finance and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support culture, engagement and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to process‑improvement projects as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or director‑level stakeholders in multinational or fast‑moving environments.
- Strong calendar management and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, proactive and solutions‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
Required skills
- Experience with Concur or similar expense‑management systems.
