Customer Service Analyst – Supply Chain (12‑month contract)

About the role
Join PepsiCo’s Cork Supply Chain Hub as a Customer Service Analyst. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of global customers, handling forecasts, orders and product‑lifecycle activities from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end order management, from receipt to delivery, ensuring on‑time, full, and compliant shipments.
- Validate and align customer forecasts in SAP, supporting the S&OP process and optimizing planning, purchasing and production.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, liaising with chambers of commerce, embassies, banks and regulatory bodies.
- Support new‑product launches, portfolio updates and product discontinuations in partnership with market and CRM teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency while maintaining compliance with GCS, SOX, AIBI and health‑and‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Third‑level qualification in Supply Chain, Business or a related field (desirable).
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced supply‑chain environment with strong customer interaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
