Customer Service Assistant

About the role

Join a dynamic retail environment in Ballyconnell as a Customer Service Assistant. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the Shop Manager in daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day‑to‑day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage cash, accept and process bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system.
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to multi‑channel and digital offerings.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and compliance with safety and social responsibility duties.
• Step in to lead the shop in the absence of senior managers.
