Customer Service Coordinator – Iberia Market

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the CAR, Refractive and Corneal businesses across the Iberia market. The role will be based in either Dublin, Ireland or Madrid, Spain and will work closely with the Customer Service Training Department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely order processing and strong phone coverage.
• Monitor team workload and performance, addressing gaps and priorities proactively.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex customer and operational issues.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive a high standard of customer service across the Iberia market.
• Partner with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Develop best‑practice processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide mentoring and training to team members.
• Adhere to environmental policies and support departmental environmental objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating customer service activities within a regulated, healthcare or MedTech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
