Fleet Safety Process Owner Manager

About the role

The Manager, Safe Fleet Process Owner will lead the development, implementation and oversight of global fleet and road safety programs for Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes business. This role ensures compliance, reduces risk and drives continuous improvement in transportation safety performance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute global fleet and road safety strategies.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vehicle operations.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to protect employees, contractors and the public.
• Report safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing fleet or road safety programs.
• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety (EH&S) standards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
