About the role
The Manager, Safe Fleet Process Owner will lead the development, implementation and oversight of global fleet and road safety programs for Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes business. This role ensures compliance, reduces risk and drives continuous improvement in transportation safety performance across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute global fleet and road safety strategies.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vehicle operations.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to protect employees, contractors and the public.
- Report safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing fleet or road safety programs.
- Strong understanding of environmental health and safety (EH&S) standards.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
