About the role
We are seeking an experienced part‑time Food & Beverage Trainer to elevate service standards at The Grace, Westport Estate. The role focuses on delivering hands‑on training, coaching teams and embedding luxury hospitality practices across all food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes for all Food & Beverage departments.
- Build core service skills such as guest engagement, service sequence, product knowledge and table maintenance.
- Coach teams to transition from operational basics to refined luxury dining experiences.
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and supervisors to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Conduct floor‑based coaching, live service observations and feedback sessions.
- Support onboarding and induction for new team members.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs and service guidelines aligned with luxury standards.
- Monitor consistency across outlets during busy periods and prepare teams for audits, mystery guest evaluations and VIP service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant operations.
- Proven background in Food & Beverage training, coaching or supervisory leadership.
- Strong understanding of luxury dining etiquette and service standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and peak service periods.
