About the role

Airbnb is looking for a bilingual (English/French) Specialist to join its Premium Support team. Working remotely from Ireland, you will provide high‑quality assistance to Airbnb’s most valuable community members, including the Luxury segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex customer cases from start to finish, ensuring full resolution according to internal workflows.
• Interact with guests and hosts via live‑chat, social platforms, messaging, and phone.
• Maintain accurate records in Airbnb’s support tools and follow up to preserve strong relationships.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, moving between teams or taking on new duties as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and French with advanced proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset, hospitality‑focused and able to work under pressure.
• Professional, confidential, and flexible to handle a fast‑paced environment.
