Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to Italian‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address issues promptly.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies to maintain service excellence.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and proactively.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn.
