Global Labeling Systems Lead

About the role

The Global Labeling Systems Lead will own and evolve Teleflex's worldwide labeling solutions that support product design and manufacturing. This senior technical position provides day‑to‑day supervision of a small team and works closely with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable labeling across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Sustain and enhance global labeling system software, hardware, and supporting processes.
• Develop future iterations of complete labeling solutions, including software, equipment, and workflows.
• Act as technical owner for labeling systems such as Veraciti, printing, and translation solutions, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability.
• Lead system validation activities (software and hardware) including documentation, testing, and execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for labeling business process ownership and issue resolution.
• Deploy and administer labeling systems, authoring and maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Support rollout of labeling solutions to new manufacturing or distribution sites, covering blueprinting, process design, implementation, and validation.
• Provide functional leadership for 1–2 direct reports, including task prioritization, technical guidance, and development.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities related to labeling systems, processes, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in system architecture, system design, or equivalent technical roles.
• Experience with software or process development in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead small technical teams.
