Graduate Administrator – Temporary Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Administrator to join our fast‑paced financial services team in Dublin South. This temporary position offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands‑on administrative experience while supporting core business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the department.
• Manage the document lifecycle, including scanning, filing, copying, and digital uploading.
• Maintain and update central databases and customer accounts with a high degree of accuracy.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Law, Finance, Business, or Commerce.
• Available for an immediate start and able to work a standard 35‑hour week.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
