Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support Dairy Ireland’s sites by delivering strategic and operational HR services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, industrial relations, talent management, learning, and reward initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR leadership to site leadership teams, aligning HR and business strategies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, including succession planning and personal development plans.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across HR practices.
• Oversee industrial relations, employee relations, and performance management issues.
• Identify training needs and implement learning interventions to build team capability.
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice.
• Manage HR risk, business continuity planning, and audit follow‑up.
• Utilise the People Access XD HR system to optimise HR service delivery and lead HR‑related projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a manufacturing or dairy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change programmes and support senior managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
