About the role
We are seeking an L&D Coordinator to support training operations for a leading utilities management organisation. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will help deliver technical and behavioural programmes across multiple regions while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end scheduling of ProWorks training activities.
- Administer, track and report Lone Worker requirements.
- Manage technical and behavioural training programmes across several locations.
- Maintain accurate data for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams, subject‑matter experts and external suppliers.
- Support multiple work streams, prioritising deadlines and deliverables.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of coordination experience in L&D, HR or recruitment.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience in compliance‑focused or safety‑related training environments is desirable.
- A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
