About the role
Sanmina Fermoy is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join its HR Department. You will support recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and policy implementation for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit and select qualified personnel at all levels in line with site talent strategies.
- Conduct onboarding "settling‑in" meetings for new hires and manage exit interviews.
- Provide advice on performance management, investigations, grievances, bullying and harassment cases.
- Maintain employee benefit programmes and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Produce monthly and ad‑hoc management reports and maintain the employee database.
- Coordinate employee events and support the design and publication of the company magazine.
Required profile
- Level 8 degree in HR or related business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.
- Strong project‑management and change‑management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
