About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a market‑leading Dublin‑based client. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to work within an established team, providing day‑to‑day technical assistance and contributing to larger IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and cloud‑based issues.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve IT problems as they arise.
- Set up, configure and maintain laptops, phones and other end‑user devices.
- Maintain an organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Support IT projects, including software deployments and hardware upgrades.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when necessary.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD and security group management.
- Ability to process access requests and manage permissions.
- Proven experience troubleshooting Office 365 and installing software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude, attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to grow professionally.
