Law Enforcement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to join our client’s legal operations team as a Law Enforcement Response Specialist. You will work at the intersection of law and technology, handling legal demands and inquiries from law enforcement agencies worldwide while safeguarding data privacy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and respond to incoming legal and law‑enforcement requests, including standard, urgent, and emergency items.
• Execute data preservation and disclosure workflows in line with legal requirements.
• Identify complex cases, coordinate with internal teams, senior management, and legal counsel to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding, conduct quality‑control reviews, and provide feedback to improve team processes.
• Maintain clear, secure, and professional communication with law‑enforcement authorities and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, criminal justice, compliance, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to process complex data accurately.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and shifting priorities.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new internal systems.
