National Account Manager

About the role

The National Account Manager will lead the development and management of key retail partnerships across Ireland for Anker Innovations' brands – Anker, eufy and soundcore. The role combines sales, training and retail execution to boost in‑store presence and drive sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners at store and head‑office levels.
• Deliver in‑store training programmes to ensure staff can confidently sell eufy and other brand products.
• Negotiate optimal in‑store positioning, displays and incremental space in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, GTM, logistics and finance teams to align campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Activate promotions and marketing campaigns on schedule within retail environments.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage forecasting, sales‑in/sales‑out reporting and minimise aged stock with operations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as required.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or electrical retail in Ireland.
• Proven track record in business development, retail negotiation and field sales.
• Experience in product training and in‑store merchandising is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently.
• Full clean driving licence and ability to travel regularly within Ireland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools.
