Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing Site

About the role

This position leads the day‑to‑day operations of a food manufacturing site in Dublin. The Operations Manager will shape strategy, drive performance and champion continuous improvement to meet customer service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing operation, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Define and monitor KPI structures, driving the team to meet targets.
• Implement operational‑excellence initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Create individual development plans to up‑skill the workforce.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that improves service delivery.
• Promote a strong health & safety and quality culture on site.
• Manage the operational budget and control costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a senior role within a food manufacturing organisation.
• Proven experience in team management and development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet business and customer SLAs.
• Relevant qualification (e.g., engineering, food science) is an advantage.
