People & Service Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an energetic People & Service Team Leader to drive store performance in Galway. You will support the People & Service Manager, inspire a diverse team and ensure an exceptional customer journey across service, visual standards and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and act as a role model for the store team.
• Foster an inclusive, wellbeing‑focused culture where every team member feels valued.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including product handling, floor resets and visual standards.
• Support the People & Service Manager in driving KPIs such as sales, conversion, stock loss, payroll and voice‑of‑customer metrics.
• Analyse customer feedback and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve high performance and recognition.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
