Production Operative

About the role

Join Magna’s Cosma division as a Production Operative, contributing to the creation of lightweight, innovative automotive components. You will work in a dynamic, on‑site manufacturing environment where quality and precision are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Perform metal finishing, die‑build, and surface‑quality processes on assigned parts.
• Inspect components and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to guarantee process accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
• Support shift rotation, including evenings, weekends and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in metal finishing, die‑build, or surface‑quality processes is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold high‑quality standards.
• Reliable attendance, good time‑keeping and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.
