About the role
Aramark Ireland is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join its Dublin team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional front‑of‑house support while assisting with a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver front‑of‑house services and manage reception duties with a courteous manner.
- Handle visitor access, issue access cards and oversee the sign‑in process.
- Route incoming calls, take messages and forward them promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Check and respond to emails each morning, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date management information systems.
- Support the retail shop located at the reception area as required.
- Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar facilities administration or reception role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Dependable, flexible and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
