About the role

This senior position focuses on managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will act as the primary liaison for high‑value clients, driving growth through renewals, upsells, and new collaborations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, maintaining executive‑level relationships.
  • Lead commercial discussions on contract renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline visibility for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, shaping account development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, architects, and leadership to align commercial goals with delivery capabilities.
  • Communicate project risks, operational concerns, and client expectations transparently.
  • Handle complex or sensitive client conversations with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in consulting, technology, AI, data, or related fields.
  • Strong track record of driving account growth through renewals and upsells.
  • Experience negotiating with executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with practical execution capabilities and solid business acumen.
