Senior Civil Engineer – Large‑Scale Project (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead a high‑profile civil engineering project in Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing large‑scale construction activities, ensuring that the project meets its schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project programmes, budgets and daily site operations.
• Monitor costs, outputs, progress and overall project performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and temporary works procedures.
• Support commercial reporting, cash‑flow management and procurement activities.
• Drive project delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree/HND/HNC in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering civil or construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
