OFCI Procurement Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement of OFCI equipment for data‑centre projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier due diligence, pre‑qualification, capability assessments and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets and risk profiles.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing equipment supply chain focused on safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Legal, Finance and Operations teams to define scope, technical requirements and procurement schedules.
• Manage the full tender process: tender development, bid evaluation, commercial analysis and recommendation reporting.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with company policies, approved funding and project‑specific requirements.
• Partner with internal and external legal teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Drive cost transparency and value‑engineering initiatives throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement for large‑scale infrastructure or data‑centre projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
