Finishing Foreman – Construction Projects in Carlow

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing operations on a large‑scale construction project in Carlow. The role offers long‑term career development within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site finishing operations.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site workflow.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to high quality standards.
• Monitor production targets and track project progress.
• Support delivery of projects within programme and budget.
• Implement and maintain Health & Safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson on construction projects.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of construction site operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude.
