Senior Employment Counsel – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior‑level employment lawyer to join its growing Legal Department. The role is fully remote and will be based in the UK, France, Spain, Israel or Ireland. You will advise business leaders and HR on employment matters across 21 EMEA jurisdictions, supporting the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to business and HR on employee‑relations, recruitment, terminations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements and corporate policies.
• Support M&A transactions by handling employment‑law aspects.
• Lead complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects from inception to implementation.
• Manage litigation and coordinate outside counsel for employment disputes.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Equity and Compensation teams on various initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions for the Human Resources team.
• Monitor and interpret evolving labour‑law developments across the region.

Required profile

• 8+ years of legal experience, including significant time at a top‑tier law firm or a fast‑paced multinational tech company.
• Deep expertise in employment law in your home jurisdiction and willingness to master laws across the EMEA region.
• Proven ability to provide commercially‑driven legal solutions while balancing risk and business growth.
