Site Manager

About the role

The successful Site Manager will lead the on‑site team for an award‑winning main contractor on a residential development in Carrigaline, County Cork. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality project safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and report to senior management.
• Control site resources, materials and equipment.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.

Required profile

• Trade qualifications or an engineering degree/diploma.
• Minimum five years of site management experience on residential projects.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
• Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
