Site Manager

About the role
The successful Site Manager will lead the on‑site team for an award‑winning main contractor on a residential development in Carrigaline, County Cork. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality project safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
- Monitor progress against the project programme and report to senior management.
- Control site resources, materials and equipment.
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.
Required profile
- Trade qualifications or an engineering degree/diploma.
- Minimum five years of site management experience on residential projects.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
