About the role
Grants Pharmacy, a family‑owned independent pharmacy group, is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for its Southern Cross Road branch in Bray. This position leads the community pharmacy team and ensures the delivery of top‑class customer service in a friendly, patient‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with PSI regulations.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, coordinating schedules and training.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal product availability.
- Process prescriptions accurately and provide professional patient counseling.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Required profile
- Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Valid European work permit.
- Genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and a passion for interaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
