About the role
Salesforce is looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to join the Cloud Success Group in Dublin. In this position you will act as the technical expert for customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping them resolve complex issues and optimise their implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead investigations and resolution of advanced support cases involving Marketing Cloud functionalities, integrations, APIs and platform performance.
- Analyse customer‑provided code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) to identify root causes without writing production code.
- Deliver clear, timely solutions and best‑practice guidance to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Own the full issue lifecycle, providing a professional and proactive customer experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and solution guides for internal and external use.
Required profile
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues in enterprise SaaS or highly integrated systems.
- Strong ability to read and understand code and technical structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Required skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform knowledge.
- Intermediate‑level SQL querying.
- JavaScript (or similar scripting/object‑oriented language).
- HTML & CSS.
- Experience with web services, REST and SOAP APIs.
- Technical investigation and documentation skills.
