Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for a well‑established organisation undergoing a period of innovation and operational change. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, balancing long‑term programmes with short‑term improvements that generate immediate business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define project requirements.
• Drive both strategic transformation programmes and shorter‑term enhancement projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, maintaining clear communication, accountability and progress tracking.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources and governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as liaison between business teams, delivery functions, external partners and senior leadership.
• Support ongoing enhancement of customer‑facing platforms, digital services and end‑to‑end journeys.
• Contribute to initiatives involving AI, automation, process optimisation and innovation.
• Champion Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects, programmes, change initiatives or business improvement activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
• Experience in digital, transformation, customer experience or technology‑enabled environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
