Architect CAD & Construction Documentation - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves producing detailed architectural drawings, electrical schematics, and PCB layouts that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Experience working on remote, cross‑functional projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Expertise in PCB layout design software.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to create and interpret complex electrical schematics.
