Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Aftermarket (Europe)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Commercial Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager for Europe. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement, you will drive sales and business development for Moog’s aftermarket solutions across the European commercial aircraft market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sector sales and long‑term growth strategy for the Commercial Aftermarket business.
• Develop, maintain, and expand Moog’s position in the commercial aircraft segment.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and build new partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and the Customer Service Center.
• Work with the New Business Development and Strategy Director to create and implement strategic plans.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in MRO or the aviation industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, at executive level.
• Willingness to travel and full authorization to work in Ireland.
• Fluent English.
