Commercial Director – Senior Business Sales

About the role

Knightsbridge Business Sales, part of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Commercial Director to represent the firm across Ireland. You will work directly with business owners who are planning an exit, using pre‑arranged qualified appointments to showcase Knightsbridge’s expertise and secure client instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arranged meetings with owners considering a sale, performing in‑depth fact‑finds on operations, financial performance and shareholder objectives.
• Review company accounts, discuss valuation expectations and present tailored market strategies.
• Deliver persuasive presentations (remote video and face‑to‑face) that highlight the benefits of appointing Knightsbridge.
• Negotiate and secure formal client instructions while maintaining confidentiality and a high‑quality client experience.
• Maintain momentum through persistent follow‑up and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative, high‑value environment.
• Strong closing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation style and commercial awareness of financial information.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to travel across Ireland; full driving licence required.
