Sales Assistant - 20 Hours Per Week

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Cork City store on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week). You will be the face of Regatta Great Outdoors Ireland, helping customers find the right clothing, footwear and equipment while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales by actively promoting a range of Regatta, Dare2b and Craghoppers products.
• Provide personalised advice to meet each customer’s individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised and visually appealing store environment.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock quickly and ensure accurate product placement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and a genuine desire to create great customer experiences.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory – training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
