Renewals Specialist (French/English)

About the role

CoderPad is seeking a bilingual Renewals Specialist to join its Customer Success team. Working remotely from Ireland, you will own the end‑to‑end renewal process for low‑touch accounts, ensuring customers see continued value and renew on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for 200‑300 accounts under $20k ARR, conducting outreach at 90, 60 and 30 days before renewal.
• Design and operate AI‑assisted outreach workflows using Claude, Gainsight, Apollo and Salesforce.
• Engage customers in both English and French, maintaining consistent communication cadence.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce, reporting at‑risk accounts and NRR trends.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and create action plans to reduce churn.
• Surface expansion signals and route qualified opportunities to the Strategic AE/SAE team.
• Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps and Data teams to ensure renewal data completeness and process automation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and handle procurement conversations at high volume.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech or startup environment.
• Familiarity with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Apollo or other outreach sequencing tools (preferred).
