Partner Success Consultant

About the role

Circit is seeking a motivated Partner Success Consultant to coordinate and grow its partner ecosystem during a high‑growth phase. You will act as the main liaison between Circit and a diverse set of partners, ensuring smooth operations and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations with partners such as banks, law firms, funds and crypto exchanges.
• Monitor platform activity and ensure KPI targets for completeness, conversion and turnaround times are met.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly partner performance metrics.
• Organise and deliver platform demos for key contacts within partner organisations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new tools to increase partnership efficiency.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partner stakeholders to promote long‑term collaboration.
• Log and communicate partner requests and complaints to relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to resolve partner‑related issues quickly.
• Spot integration opportunities and coordinate demos for the broader partnership team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar partner or account management role.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with banking, legal and fund professionals.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving key metrics.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and enthusiasm for fintech, crypto and technology innovation.
• Strong collaboration skills while capable of making independent decisions.
• Positive, realistic work attitude and superior organisational abilities.
• Working proficiency in French is a plus.
• Continuous learner eager to expand knowledge in the fintech space.
