About the role
The Account Development Representative (ADR) will join MongoDB’s Partner ADR team in Dublin, working in a hybrid model. The ADR collaborates with sales and marketing partners to generate excitement for MongoDB’s solutions, identify high‑potential prospects, and qualify new opportunities for the sales organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high‑potential businesses for strategic accounts across EMEA.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns with the Sales team, from idea generation to qualified calls.
- Develop deep sales and product knowledge to effectively engage IT and business decision‑makers.
- Communicate with prospects via phone and email, updating activity in Salesforce.
- Set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives and nurture early‑stage opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
- Collaborate with partner teams, regional ADRs, and Account Executives to maximize win rates.
- Invest in personal development to prepare for future sales leadership roles.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (native level) and fluency in French.
- Strong time‑management abilities; comfortable working independently or with coaching.
- Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.
- Passion for cutting‑edge IT solutions and quick learning aptitude.
Required skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com for lead and prospect management.
